Middle, ring, or little finger. Mostly middle finger, though.
And mostly with my right hand. If I use my left hand for the trackpad, it's because there's some reason for it, like my right hand being busy doing something else (no, not that, you perverts! I meant like holding food or papers or something! Stop twisting everything I say, dammit!),not just at random.
