Allllllllright. I'm actually thinking of V-Day over a week before the big event, but I'm still struggling for a great gift for my wife.

What does she like? What have you given her recently (Christmas, birthday, etc.)? What's your $ limit?

She's a romantic - Usually, she just wants books or music off of her amazon.com wish list. I've purchased her diamond earrings, cook books, massages from local spas...she likes to travel, but hates leaving the kids behind. She's a full-time doctoral student, full time teacher, wife and mom. She likes wine. Her favorite restaurant is our house (we're both good cooks.) She's toying with the idea of collecting art glass....she does NOT like gadgets.

Does any of that help?

By the way, the Jabba the Hut likne killed me.

The greatest gift is to give her the love a person needs all year and not just on festive days. But I know what you mean. Buy her a Mac mini.

How about an iPhoto printed book with her favorite pictures. But what do I know, since I don't believe in Valentine's Day. Why do we need a special day to remind someone we love them? This should be done on a daily basis, not on a sperficial commercial day.
