The song is "Dragostea Din Tei" the artist is "O-Zone".
Several versions available in the itunes music store.
(A friend of mine in Germany said this song was a huge hit over there recently, heh)

One of my friends sent me this the other day. I didn't really think it was funny, but now I do. Problem is I took a stand of saying it was dumb while he (along with my other friends, who he also sent it to) thought it was the funniest thing ever.
