So a long time ago when I was stupid and thought .Mac was a good deal, I signed up my iTMS account under my @mac.com email. I have since let that email expire. However now my iTunes account is still linked to that email address.
Anyone know if there's any way to change the email address associated with the account? I've submitted multiple support requests, however despite my inclusion of "please direct responses to the following email address: me@blah.com," I never get a response. I assume they always respond to the @mac.com email.
Should I just sign up a new account? I'd much rather have all my music associated with the same one...

Click your email address in the top right hand corner of the iTMS and then type your password and hit "View Account." From there, you just have to click "Edit Account Information" and you can change your email address.

Actually I tried that once before and it told me that I cannot modify an email address that was used with .Mac.

I've tried that, the email address is a non-modifiable field. Only thing I can change there is my password and my security question.

Wow, interesting.
I just changed mine from my UIUC email to my Gmail. Must be a .Mac thing...
Let me do some more research.

Anyone know how I can change my Apple store info? I used my mom's credit card to buy iWork and stuff on the iTMS... and well... it keeps calling me Julie...

I'm in the same boat as theJoKell. I've been trying to change my iTunes/ADC login for months, now, but it seems stuck on myoldusername@mac.com.

Why not just make a new one?
You can still authorize the music for the old one, and other than re-entering your name & address, there's no other disadvantage, is there?

One login is better than two, right? Just makes more sense to me to have all my music registered under one login, but it seems I may HAVE to register another one...

I've had the same problem... I thought I had made some headway at one point, through emails with iTunes customer service, but I still don't get the email confirmations of iTunes purchases that I used to get on my .mac account.
Seems that the only solution is going to be creating a new account. I had held off on that until this point because I had some unused iTunes credit on my .mac apple ID.

Write iTunes support, they're able to do a lot of things that you can't do. I was having a problem where my apple ID was my personal email, and the receipts for ITMS were going to my work email. Very strange. Wrote them an email and they cleared it up in a few days.
