The science fiction writer Larry Niven did a hilarious article some years back called "Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex." It dealt with the difficulties Superman would encounter if he tried to have sex with a normal human female.
My favorite part was the description of a bj, in which Supe's super-ejaculate would explode right through the back of his partner's skull.
