Need a favour from someone with Snapz Pro movie capture or similar!

I'd like to save the video here to disk, as it's about our choir - I'm the soloist at about 46 seconds in  . I would have recorded it from TV, but we didn't know it would be on the lunchtime news so I missed it. I don't think I can capture or save the stream without something like Snapz can I? I'd consider using Snapz myself, but my 500MHz iBook has enough trouble playing the video, let alone recording it at the same time! If someone could record this somehow and send it to me I would be eternally grateful. Otherwise I guess it will be gone forever when they take it off the BBC website.

I just recorded it, you can get it from my iDisk at:
http://idisk.mac.com/dougcpa/Public/Oxbridge.mov
Its a 15MB file. I'm only going to leave it up on my iDisk for a day or two.
The first couple seconds of the video has a little stutter in it, mainly due to the video stream trying to start.

Fantastic, thank you so much! If there's ever anything you need...! Unfortunately I think we didn't win the category, but c'est la vie - nice just to be nominated really
