Just saw a story on the local news that the upcoming episode of the characters on the Simpsons will be gay. The episode is about Springfield allowing gay marriages to attract tourists.

So who do you think it will be?

Proves that the show is way past its prime. Any of the above suggestions would be funnier.

I thought it was a known anyway as they have suggested it for years.

A girl on the news said "Flanders, because he spends so much time on his knees"

Yep..Lovejoy, he talks like a gay + it would fall in with the plot, he would be most against gay marriage. Later we will find out that his marriage was a sham.

My educated guess.

edit: so much for my education, just took a closer look at the thread, and i read snpp from time to time also. daimn.

Just yesterday the one with the gay pride parade at the beginning was on locally. Patty or Selma and Smithers were in the last float a tribute to those in the closet. Santa's Little Helper wanted to join the parade too.

Well there's your answer, it is Patty.

The funniest part is where Marge was trying to ask the Minister where in the Bible it says gays are a sin and he just tries to block her out by reputably ringing the church bell.

Reminds me a lot of some of the members here

The Simpson's are pretty deep, so sometimes you have to read between the lines

The funniest bit in the episode. Some guy on a forum somewhere is using the gif as his avatar.
