I've been wanting to give
Vonage a try. I am making a lot of international calls at the moment and we were thinking about switching to them, both in Canada and in the UK. Unfortunately, when trying to order the service, I was told that I needed a Credit Card with a Canadian billing address. I want to use my Company Visa, which is billed in the UK, where our company is registered. So, about two weeks ago, I write a mail to support, outlining my problem and asking for help and a solution.
This is what I get back today:
we have website for different parts of the world and you can only use
that card on those specified site

This is a joke, right? If I could be asked, in the meantime we went with the competition, I would find out who runs Vonage and forward this little gem to them.
