I really hope Apple doesn't release colors like this. All the style and sexiness associated with the iPod would be down the crapper.
Let other companies continue to release ugly stickers and cases.

At this point all they can do is put earrings on a pig. The iPod mini needed a colour screen, and all it got was an ugly new turquois case.

This inspired me to try and make my own iPod mini template... an example:
It's also has a bit of the mini's grain—it's more noticeable if you use solid/darker colors. If you want to use the template, click on the image: 
Note that it the shadow/highlights make the base color/pattern darker, but you can mess with the highlight layer to take that away if it matters.
