Hi all

While spending a week with a friend of my father's in Athens, Greece, I saw this car yesterday. Naturally I took a picture since I had my camera with me.

So, do you think Apple should sue for trademark infringement?

Haha. I do know you're writing about trademark infringement facetiously, but if anyone thinks Apple has a claim against this company, that would not be true. Apple probably does not have an X-Code trademark. It would also be an international trademark dispute, which is much more difficult to deal with than a national one. And even if Apple did wage an infringement case, it would be tough to convince anyone that developers would confuse the two products.

Yes, from the Greek writing underneath I gather that X-Code is a company specializing in creating information management solutions, and Xcode is a development environment. Two separate things entirely.

Naturally being a Mac-head, I thought of Apple the moment I saw the car, and being a 'NNer I thought of posting it immediately thereafter
