Wasn't sure where to post this... iTMS isn't really an app or the iPod... loungers, have at it:

My sister in-law cannot play her purchased music. Somehow, her account is messed up and thinks it has already authorized 5 computers besides her own. I'm sure this is a bug of some kind because if anything, her computer should still be able to play the files (she hasn't ever even logged out of her account). Emails to support have gone unanswered.

The real question is who do I call at apple to reset her account? There doesn't seem to be any hierarchy for this sort of thing.

Anyone know?

In itunes, go to Help > iTunes Music Store customer service and send an e-mail. They'll reset the authorization once for her.
