in my daily paper, they had a pic with him with a huge fro dancing with latoya in his apt. he looked like kid with so much promise.

now he is frightening. i think i do believe that he has some sort of skin desease or whatever he said he has though. what do you guys think? all that white skin is not makeup right?

My bad. He was indeed handsome. He grew from his "kid" face pretty smoothly, too.

Then, around the time "Thriller" came out, he started looking "different" to me. I wasn't enough of a fan to follow everything, but you couldn't miss seeing "Thriller" and I didn't try. Let's see, John Landis directed it, it had great music and dancing, Ola Ray (!!), and even Vincent Price's voice! But there was something I couldn't put my finger on, except maybe he looked a bit too thin.

Shortly thereafter was the Pepsi ad and his burns and all. Maybe he was the model George Lucas used for how Anakin became Vader... It's just sad.

Ya know, if he didn't look so freaky, I'd have an easier time defending his "actions" but now I just gotta sit back and let em have him. poor sick man to have such a terrible self-image to have done that to himself. Yes, the doctors are to blame as well- but he has enough money to convince anyone to do the work. The funny thing is- he saw himself as so ugly before (when he wasn't) and thinks or at least recently thought that he looks good now (when he doesn't)...
