New Commercial, directed by Spike Jones

Awesome. The shoes are wicked training shoes. The commercial is brilliant in a Michel Gondry "Eternal Sunshine" kind of way.

BUT THE SHOES ARE ONLY SIZE 7-11!??!?

Hello, eleven and a half here! They should have included a special disclaimer: "Munchkins only."

That's wicked cool.

But what do the shoes really do, exactly?

The Adidas 1 has a processor that controls the tension of a wire which sets the tension for the cushioning, based on the impact.

Ya. I read the link you posted. Seems interesting although I'd think it would wear out rather quickly.

But that commercial was pretty neat.

You could only get a half pair of Prada's for that price...minus the shoelaces, those are additional.

That was great.

But I would never pay that much for shoes. I was thinking about getting a pair of these, only a different color:

I hear ya SuperChicken, I hate how I have to visit four or five shoe stores to find a pair of shoes I like in 13, 13.5 or 14. Such a pain in the ass!

Those shoes are ugly..well the Good Year logo pretty much ruins the shoe. Puma makes the best Track warm up/warm down shoes.

The music seems to have been made specifically for the commercial. You can Audio Hijack it, though; it's <10min, so you don't even have to register -- I don't think.

Yeah I saw the reference to the composer.

I guess its not out yet as far as a full length version; however one would think that with the popularity, one is on the way.

The ripped version is not bad but at 1min and 38sec (approx) I feel as if its only a trailer.

Thanks to all who responded.
