I know this is a mac forum, but this is a vintage NEC so i figured someone might have one hanging around in a closet. Its a NEC UltraLite SX/20. Model number is PC-44-01. The adaptor is PC-44-70. I got this off of ebay about 5 years ago and have used it twice since then. I was installing Win 3.1 on it during a storm(i know bad idea) and the charger got fried. Its not a normal round plug but some goofy little 6-7 pin round connector. I dont want to junk it so im still looking for the charger.

You got what you deserved by attempting to install the abomination known as Win 3.1.
