Imagine how much worse the world would be without the guy who could do sound effects with his mouth.

don't know about the best but Mission To Moscow has to be among the worst movies ever made.

EDIT, according to IMDB's rating, it actually is one of the worst movies ever made.

I went with PA4 - Citizens On Patrol, mainly 'cause I love the character of Mrs. Lois Feldman, the bloodthirsty senior citizen.

Although there is much to be said for PA3, which featured Debralee Scott and her hawt overbite.

it does feature some heavyweights ...
-Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie
-Kazaam (the movie featuring some washed up baskeball player)
-Battlefield Earth: A Saga of the Year 3000 (John Travolta as an alien warlord ... damn this was a shitty movie)
-Rollerball (2002 version, this too was a very bad movie)
-Police Academy 6: City Under Siege (look ! another police academy on the bottom 100 !)

the list goes on, and it's quite accurate, see for yourself.

"Police Academy," just can't beat the original.

Police Academy is the best and it isn't even close. I refuse to believe someone would pick something other than 1 or 2. I guess they could've improved after I stopped watching them (after 4), but somehow I doubt it.

Yes, along with a very young Tony Hawk. He was one of David Spade's skateboarding buddies in the movie. I think it was the first movie he appeared in. Or was that Gleaming the Cube with Christian Slater?

Slick shoes?!! Are you crazy?!!
