I want to redo my laptop. Currently its formated into 2 partitions and m y windows install is messed. But I have one problem, I dont have the drivers disk. Does any one have one that they can send me the drivers, most important the power managment drivers. Im not looking for the restore disk or windows, I have all that. I just need the drivers installs. This is not a warez post!

If you still have your serial #, I think you can get them from Sony, if not, there's a few drivers sites out there that can help you.

Sony doesn’t make them available and I can’t find them anywhere. I would have to buy a new driver disk from Sony which they don’t include with there laptops which pisses me off. Basically your stuck with there setup or a crippled computer if you want to do things a different way.

That's a bummer. I would have thought they'd let you download them from the Net, other manufacturers do.

Sorry I couldn't help you out more.

How about the support site? Vaio-Link in Europe, it lists a lot of drivers last time I checked.
