I've had this song stuck in my head. It sounds like it's an old rock song, and it has a very upbeat tempo and mood to it. And though it's really hard to communicate over a web forum what it sounds like, I'll give it my best shot.
*ahem* Something like this (italicized words are most likely incorrect, but have similar sounds and same tempo):

The "this-doo-talmey" part has a very choppy tempo. I think it's a pretty well known song. Any clues?
