Anyone here remeber the alt-rock-country-punk band from the 80's- Jason and the Scorchers?

Here

In a very low-level brush with fame, I'm having dinner w/ him tonight. A good friend is a music reviewer for the Washington Post, and he's in town for a show. She invited him over for dinner and knows I was a big fan. Kind of cool.

So. Good for me I guess.
Paco is bitter about the loss of his .mac webpage. Image will return when his sadness lessens.

Sweet! Haven't heard much about them these days, but they were a always a fun band to see back then. Very cool.
