Brian says (9:16 AM): I was looking at houses in Ottawa... I actually have a temptation in me to move
Jeff ******* says (9:19 AM): Eww, Ottawa is gross. It's infested with politicians, and presently, 1 Harper as well.

Considering it runs at 1/500th to 1/15th the speed of the host machine, no, it's not going to be usable. Also note that installing OS X on a non-"Apple labelled" machine is against the terms of the Software License Agreement.

Then I'll draw a Apple logo on the side and stick a sticky on the front that says Apple. Then it will be labelled
I doubt its that bad. Windows on Virtual PC is pretty usable. I imagine a 2.8Ghz P4 it should run well enough to be *usable*
