Need help from mac users in Aberdeen, South Dakota?

I've got an Aunt in Aberdeen, SD that is having internet connection problems. Her ISP provides only phone tech support, and is dreadful with their Mac support. She's been getting an

SMTP.NVC.Net server cannot be contacted on port 25

error for a while, and she can't send email.

I'm out of the country until December and I'm unable to find any Mac technicians that will go to her house and fix this problem. I'm guessing it is simply an smtp address issue but she claims her ISP has told her the correct address to type in and it still isn't working.

If there are any Mac users from Aberdeen I will gladly paypal you the money needed to go to her house and get things running again.
