70 euros for a 100Mb/100Mb connection. That will be in Paris only, and should start sometime in May or June. Crazyness.
here is the linkey (in French)

I don't think these guys can possibly be targeting the consumer end of the market. I'm in Paris and have 20Mbit/s for €30 a month with Free. That includes free telephone calls to French fixed lines and TV over the ADSL 2 box. You can get 14Mbit/s for €15 a month with other providers (Neuf, Alice).

20Mbits/s is already more Internet than I can consume right now. Can't see I'd pay more than double ... although that is a pretty huge amount of bandwidth.

Besides, Paris apparently has more wireless networks than any other city in the world. Easier to leech off your neighbour!

Broadband is worth the effort.

1MBit/s. Not 100MBit/s but I don't run a server. The offer you mention is great, but I'm not sure there are that many people that would pay €70 when the cheaper offerings will do them fine.

Actually, that offer is available in most of France. In areas that aren't degrouped, you still get 4 or 5MBit/s for €30.

In most cities.... 1 Mb upload is pretty good. I wish my ISP here stopped increasing my download and did so on my upload instead. I would be nice for iChat video conference.

Now that's a killer deal.
