Not that this would be a big deal or anything but an interesting read nonetheless ...
From the original article:
"... Some time ago, I came across a website plagiarism search engine named Copyscape and, just for fun I thought I’d run some of my pages through it. One of the pages I searched for copies of, was my Rounded corners in CSS tutorial.
Much to my surprise, I did find a copy. Not from some owner of a small personal website, but from Apple Computer, ..."

Apple hosts applications on its site. I don't think you can claim Apple is pushing warez. I'm sure if they were notified of the situation, it would be yanked.

Well, the way I understood his blog entry/complaint is that someone at Apple included his work in the source for Darwin (web core) without asking his permission and that, after he sent an email notifying Apple of what is essentially an infringement on his intellectual property, his source was yanked from Darwin.
Safari/web core still seems (I dunno for sure) to utilize his approach to render certain CSS code properly, though.
It seems kind of odd (not at all surprising, though) that the Apple's lawyers (rightfully so) froth at the mouth whenever they see Apple's IP being infringed but that on the other hand someone working for the same company didn't seem to have the slightest problem using someone else's IP without at least asking for permission to do so and/or giving proper credit.
Certainly not the end of the world - just a tad bit weird and kinda funny at the same time.

Ah, I didn't read the article.
Hmm, does he have any proof to back up his claim? Or could it be like that woman who made false claims about the finger at Wendy's?

I would think so - from a screenshot he posted it appears that his work/apporach/whatever showed up as a 100% copy & paste job on "www.opensource.apple.com". He also states that it had been included in several prior versions of Darwin before he realized what was going on.
