I love stories like this.
Car gets hit in a parking garage. Other driver leaves the scene without taking responsibility. However, a hubcap fell off when the driver hit the parked car. Some detective work is all it took to nail the jerk (or jerkette).

The hit and run driver should have taken responsibility.

The driver accused of causing an 11-car pileup on I-75 last month has been indicted on four counts of vehicular assault. The Hamilton County Prosecutors Office says Daniel Clayton slammed on his brakes in the high-speed lane on March 19th because he was upset with a slow-moving vehicle. Clayton's alleged actions caused an 11-car pileup in the southbound lanes, just south of the Norwood Lateral. The crash seriously hurt at least three people. Clayton fled the scene, police say. He now faces up to 18 months on each count.

Sure it does. Jerk slams on breaks, causes damage, runs away and is later caught.

Yep, it's on topic. And also very cool; cooler even than the detective work involved in nailing the hit-and-run garage culprit.
I thought I recognized that stretch of I-75...Yep, Cincinnati, OH. And a nasty spot at that!

i thought the original post was great because the person that got hit did the detective work and got the person busted... not just because the person got busted for doing something stupid. people get busted every day by the police, why is that cooler?

AHHHHHH HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

i endorse the destruction of expensive vehicles, as long as their ruling class owners aren’t inside them. i don’t think the person driving the mazda should have been punished in any way, because people who drive bourgeois toys like bmw vehicles or suvs, deserve whatever they get.
in conclusion, spend your money on something worthwhile, and get a real job. thank you.
