Same here. It'll probably be fixed sometime soon, whatever it is.

It's the "Search" database being re-built, hopefully that completes soon and you won't see that anymore.

While MacNN was moving from vBB 2 to vBB 3, I started moving over from IBF2 to SMF1 Wonder why I didn't do it sooner heh.

vBB is cool, but until I get "pro", SMF is better

Am I the only one who's getting error messages about ten times as often as before? Are they rebuilding this and that all the time? There's been four different periods where I got the error message just today, and as many yesterday.

I bet the cause of the errors is a lot of tweaking that is still being done to the system to make it work right.

I for one, like the new setup. Though I do hope these errors subside.

I got the database error again yesterday, so it looks like not much has changed.

I haven't got database errors. Sometimes a post isn't registered. Other times my post box is open after posting, but shows up on the same screen.

If you only just got one again yesterday, you should count yourself lucky. Everybody else it seems (apart from wdlove, of course) has been getting them left and right quite consistently since the update. I get them 20-30 times, or 'periods', a day.
