Is anyone out there familiar with the broadband offerings in Gwinnett County, Georgia?

A number of years ago I dumped BellSouth and switched to Charter cable and have had a great experience with them.

However in recent weeks it's slowed down to horrific speeds at nights and on weekends. (Many "404" links). The only thing I get from their tech support is "reinstall your OS and call us back". (Not kidding!)

I really don't want to switch BACK to BellSouth (although I will if that's my only choice.)

Does anyone know of any other providers?
- iMac 3.2Ghz 1TB - MacBook Pro 15" Core i7 2.3Ghz / 256SSD (Work laptop)
- PowerMac G5 - Dual 2.0 Ghz, 3GB, Soundsticks!,
- Lenovo Thinkpad T510 (also a work laptop), Win 7 Enterprise, 8GB, 320GB HDD
