So this september the movie Flightplan (with Jodie Foster, Sean Bean et al) will be premiered. Until now trailers have only been show in theaters but yesterday the trailer was released *exclusively* on MSN.
http://movies.msn.com/movies/onlyonmsn
Only on MSN it seems. Fine for 95% of the world. Mac users are greeted with a nonsensical "MSN Video does not support your computer's operating system." because as we all know it really matters which OS you are running when watching a trailer.
WiMP is available for the Mac, the internet plugin as well and whatnot. Regardless, while this is severely stupid of MS, does anyone know of an alternate site to download the trailer (in any format)
Thanks for the help

Synopsis: On a plane at 37,000 feet, Kyle Pratt (Jodie Foster) faces every mother's worst nightmare when her 6-year-old daughter, Julia, vanishes without a trace in mid-flight. Kyle desperately struggles to prove her sanity to the disbelieving flight crew and passengers while facing the very real possibility that she may be losing her mind, as all evidence indicates that her daughter was never on board. Kyle can only rely on her own wits to solve the mystery and save her daughter.
Sounds like the forgotten.

I'm an airliner enthusiast and apparently this movie happens aboard a plane very reminiscant of the A380!
Jodie Foster is sexy too!
Anyone have an idea on how to approach this trailer without:
A) using the PC that I don't have - or have access to
or
B) wait until it isn't MSN exclusive any more - because I'm really excited about this
or
C) see it in at the cinema - because I don't live in the USA and this trailer isn't in cinemas here yet. Besides you never know what trailers they'll show anyway
Thanks!!

Sounds a bit silly, frankly. Jodie was in "A Very Long Engagement" too.

I already saw it. Jodie Foster didn't want to buy another ticket so she stuffed her daughter in the suitcase between the knickers and the bras.

A cross between Hitchcock's The Lady Vanishes and Preminger's Bunny Lake Is Missing.
The drawing on the glass I've seen before in another film too. Nevertheless, it might be enjoyable. If the girl was older it could be the sequel to Panic Room.
Producer to director: At the earliest opportunity get Jody to strip to her vest.

I must have failed to sacrifice a nerd that already had sex to appease the gods of internet search because it didn't come up on the first 3 pages when I searched..

It actually looks good-I'm looking forward to it. Besides, I like seeing Sean Bean in strong parts, and he plays the captain of the airplane.
The b*tch is that MSN wouldn't even let me play the trailer on MY PC because I'm using Firefox instead of IE. I had to use Media Player to see it-I HATE THAT!
Cool flick, BAD MSN!

Well, after reading Simon X's comment, I rented Hitchcock's The Lady Vanishes, and the wife and I watched it last night.
In an overcrowded hotel, many travellers await a train to their destination. Among them is Miss Froy - a school mistress, Gilbert Redman an artist and Iris Henderson a socialite on her way to meet her fiance. When Iris gets a knock on her head on the train, Miss Froy looks after her. She falls asleep for a while and wakes up to find Miss Froy gone. When she enquires, no one else can remember any such woman being on the train did she imagine it or is something more sinister afoot?
It was amazing! That Alfred Hitchcock, he's a real rising star, I tell you.
The sensibility was amazingly modern for 1937 -- don't know how they snuck some of that past censors -- and it had a nice political overtone as well.
Oh, and this scene was the obvious precursor to the "heart on the glass" scene in this Jodie Foster flick:
And Margaret Lockwood is hot.

Now that MSN has explained itself, all this is understandable:
MSN now has incontrovertible evidence that Safari has Weapons of Mass Destruction... and that FireFox must also be known to be part of an Axis of Evil. Hence the need to boycott the evil browsers. Thus sayeth the One with monopoly (on virtue).

I once worked for a woman who, without her glasses (and she went without them from time to time at work) was classical model beautiful and brainey enough to have a thriving business that gave her plenty of time for volunteer activities. And the receptionist was her roommate (and quite a looker too). It sort of made me a little sad deep in my hetero heart. Of course that didn't keep me from looking and appreciating.
(Oh, and the boss' little sister was Aphrodite in blue jeans, sweet as honey, and in the office all the time. Can't complain about that, either! )
