If they can't even type a human-readable description of their product, I wonder how many typos are in the source code of the product itself! Maybe that explains Intuit's lousy products as of late...

I doubt their software engineers are writing the product descriptions.

That's not the kind of typo that should get past a spell checker, you know. Unless they either didn't use a spell checker, or had told the one they use that the erroneous word in question was acceptable. And the stuff on MacUpdate isn't even on Intuit's site. Messy! Maybe the guy who wrote it had to go to the bathroom?

A spell-checker is supposed to check spelling, not acceptability. And the word was spelled correctly. It was just the wrong word.

Apple's spell-checker doesn't mark that word as wrong too. Did you make it unlearn this word?

I was distracted by the positively dreadful writing in the opening paragraph of the description. I never even got to the misspelling of "shift."
