The "Finger Lady" from Wendy's has now been busted.

I think she needs to do some hard time. She apparently has been scamming and conning businesses for a while by threatening similar lawsuits.

I hope they throw the book at her.

The lowlife woman is going to regret pulling her dumb stunt, when she's rotting away in some cell for quite a while.

She should have to pay for her life as a professional con artist. They fine her an equal amount of her winnings, pays us back for her care.

Really now- we knew it was a scam weeks ago- why do we have to re-hash this as every detail is revealed?

Those are strong words coming from you, WDLove!

I knew she was lying when all of a sudden she "had a change of heart" about suing Wendy's because "the stress is too much and it is ruining her life." Right about that time was when her first attorney quit.

Now, if we could just catch all of the other people who seek to commit similar fraud. Insurance and unemployment fraud are huge. People just don't realize that lying to get money - even through insurance compensation - is the same as stealing. I always enjoy seeing an article that shows some guy who was recently hobbling into court over workman's compensation being secretly videotaped out on his boat or jet-skiing or weightlifting.

Anyway, KeriVit is right: It's old news. We all knew this was coming down the pike sooner or later.
