I need to take my online/open book Apple Desktop recertification exam and was wondering if anybody here has done the same. Apple doesn't give any clear information regarding what's on it and I wanted to know if I'm on the right track.
In the online Service Training Desktop Recertification section it lists only about 8 different topics to read over. Is that all the exam is on, or is it everything in the original certification section AND these topics? I'm wondering if CRTs are covered in the recert since they were pretty important in the orginal. They have a Skill Assessment Guide for the original exam, but of course not one for the recert...
