I've bought some miscellaneous peripherals (like the discontinued old black keyboards and mice) from them with no problems. I ordered two of the original AirPort cards from them about six months ago, and they only shipped one but billed me for two, but they sent a second one without giving me any hassle, so their customer service gets a thumbs-up.
