That means it was returned to Amazon. Notice the exact same "from" and "returned to" address. You should call up Amazon.

Don't blame the USPS for Amazon screwing up. JUMP ON AMAZON and tell them you want your order NOW. They must have messed up the address when contacting USPS for the automated pick up order. Tell Amazon that since they seem to have UPS down pat, you want your product delivered by UPS now.

The Postal Service may be fraught with problems, but when the address is right, they get it to you. Amazon fornicated the canine here, and they need to fix the problem. Remember, Amazon is becoming the Microsoft of online vendors-they've been "too big for their britches" for a while now, and their attitude is showing.

Amazon screws up those shipping labels all the time. When we ordered my klipsch speakers for christmas last year, they did manage to ship them out (apparently), but for almost a week I'd check the UPS site regarding the tracking number and see "billing info received" -- the amazon site would add "SHIPPED" to this to try and make it look more accurate, like I'd believe that!

When I called UPS they said that it likely was in shipping but the label probably wasn't scanned right because of such a thing, what makes me wonder is how they manage to screw up labels like that and then a box the size of a mini fridge can get that far along "unseen"... Oh well, luckily it came first thing the next morning.

i just read the FAQ and all that stuff at amazon.com, and it says that if a shipment was undelivered, then my order was cancelled, so "im welcome to make a new order" if i really want that product anyway

ill wait and buy from a (physical) store

thanx everybody for the replies...
