I can't get that song out of my head...
I've been everywhere
While on the topic, does anyone have any favorite accoustic or live versions they'd like to
recommend?
I like quite a bit that is here:

He does a pretty good version of Heart of Gold. And Rusty Cage, naturally.
Linkage.

One should never stop striving for clarity of thought and precision of expression.
I would prefer my humanity sullied with the tarnish of science rather than the gloss of religion.

I'm quite fond of "Big Iron", and his version of "Redemption Song" w/Joe Strummer.

I wouldn't say that I was a fan, but I enjoyed a lot of his music.

This is my favorite Johnny Cash "greatest hits" album. It has some of my favorite versions of his songs on it. It is definitely a studio album though.

Cash was the man. If you've never heard his cover of ' Hurt' you really need to check it out (especially considering his battle with drugs, and his downhill spiral after his wife died).
On the flip side, my favorite Cash classic is kind of a throw-away song, but it's always made me smile: " One Piece At A Time."
