Yeah, I'm a huge Giants fan, and the Cubbies definitely got the better end of that deal - Jerome Williams has very good stuff, he's just going through a tough time with his family... you may have picked up a very solid number 3 starter for the next six or seven years. Aardsma's pretty decent too, though less promising.
What I've seen of Hawkins, I'm not impressed.
I think half the Cubs team (including the manager) is ex-Giants. No surprise they have just about identical records...

yeah hawkins sucks, i was glad when the twins got rid of him or didnt sign him again....whatever, i got really nervous everytime he came in.
