Where's the best place to go if I'd like to print around 500 CD-insert booklets? (you know, the ones with photos, lyrics, etc).

I would say go to a local print house in your area, and price shop

www.zooprinting.com has no minimum, I'm not sure if they do it, but the best deals are often found in the back of print magazine and some others.. Tons of great deals!
