Well, it's past 4 am where I am and I'm still trying to get a grasp on the Intel move. I plan to wait to see what's on offer when the time comes. If not to my liking, I'll get the best PM and PB available and hold out for as long as I can.
Until then, I'll hold off on predictions of doom.
So, take a deep breath and remember that Macs are still the best computer out there, most of the world doesn't really give a damn one way or another, it's a new day and my PowerBook and Mac mini still are running great.
And my new computer chair is coming in about 8 hours.

Ha! How long has that been around, updated with new products ready to be played at the appropiate moment? Well don't buy any flowers yet. Perhaps now that Apple has .... intel inside (yuck) more PC users will switch over.

Its going to take a while for us to get over the fact that we are now part of the former competition... that we lost that battle in a way, just when things appeared to be looking up. It is easier to say "If you can't beat them, join them" than to actually carry it out.

It burns, it burns!
