I had actually thought about this recently when all the rumors came about. It is sad but they won't be the first to jump ship.

not a big deal IMO. having a 2nd computer in the year 2005 is almost guaranteed. especially if you are experienced with Linux.

my reasoning is if you really need linux, you can get a suitable PC for the price of an ipod.

Prob cuz you can now run the intel version on the intel macs and not need a Mac port of it. Duh

Exactly, why port when there are 10X better solutions already out there?
