It's only June, about less than 5 months since Creative declared "war" on Apple.

Hmm...

A neighbour of mine told me that she was planning to purchase a Creative mp3 player because 'the battery lasts 2 years'. After me telling her that this didn't mean that she never had to charge the player she decided on an iPod

Heh. One of my best friends, who works for IBM and is about the only Microsoft "advocate" that I know recently sold his Rio and bought a Mini to "see what this Apple 'ease of use' thing is all about."

I know someone from School who sadly despite me ENCOURAGING him to buy an iPod with the money he was going to spend, instead saved some and bought a Zen on clearance... and he'd show me how much he enjoyed the HUGE thing... and it had the world's weirdest looking interface... I almost didn't want to show him my mini again since I didn't want him to realize just how bad he screwed up... nice guy... just... not a smart choice.
