I'd be Bill Gates
- I would open source Windows, Office, etc.
- Announce that much like MacOS, Microsoft is moving all of Windows to a BSD based operating system, and that the Win32 API will just be a runtime layer on top of a Mach based kernel.
- I'd kick Steve Balmer in the nuts.
- I'd give $25 billion to Apple for the sins of my youth. Not invest. GIVE.
- Lastly, I'd then write a check to my real self for a few million... for "consultant" fees.
