I saw a couple threads on new TVs. What are you watching on TV in the summer, anyway?

I'll confess to watching (addicted to) Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen on FOX (Mon @9).

NBA playoffs are done, so that leaves me with Entourage.

Not a whole lot going on, on TV during the summer.

ABout the only thing I watch right now is The 4400. Everything else is a rerun, repeat, or something I've already seen (like Battlestar Galactica, thanks BitTorrent).

Of course, the new season of Monk begins July 8th, so we'll be watching that.

Season 1-3 MONK?
BSG?
Firefly?
24?

Maybe you should tell us what shows you missed (that kinda interest you) and we'll give you thumbs up or down.

Leno, Conan, local and playoff sports, and a whole lot of news. I don't think I could live without CNN International.

And a few cartoons, but those are guilty pleasures.

I turned Entourage on tonight; soon after I glanced up to see a big Apple logo and then the inside of an Apple store.

Waiting for Sci-Fi's Battlestar Galactica to start its second season. My #1 season pass, however, is USA Network's The 4400.

And it's a great time for me to be a White Sox fan right now

Though I have this sickening feeling in my stomach that they're just building up our hopes, only to have everything come crashing down in a manner that even a life-long Cubs fan has never witnessed.

i hope so the cubbies beat the sox today but hell if the twins could pull out a win even with santana pitching...the twins need to make up some ground before the all-star break

I hadn't watched TV in awhile.

Me and Bekah turned it on today too see what was up.

Some show about a bunch of guys trying to win Jerry Hall's attention. ....

Needless to say, it was turned off shortly after.

No Mac user should ever use the number of people supporting a team, product, idea, etc as means to put it down. It's a bit hypocritical.

My daughter is only 20 months old. She only watches about 1/2 hour a week. It's the only time she sits still long enough to clip her fingernails and toenails. Clifford is one of the better cartoons out there. There's always a good message and is very wholesome.

We are also going to have a son in Sept. so I think I'll be watching a lot of Clifford in the future.

If you haven't seen it - "Deadliest Catch" on Discovery is a great show. Talks about the Alaska crab fishermen. 140K + for a weeks work... but consider 100% injury rate.. and even death.

Pretty interesting show.

Other than that - I think I'm probably the only one on this board that watches the golf majors - US Open men/women and the British is coming up.

I wish I can stay home and watch Wimbledon - cause the rebroadcast sucks in the evening... especially when they scroll the results across the bottom as your watching it.
