Hey all. I just got back from summerfest. We went ot the "OHIO PLAYERS" where we were pretty much representin all you white honkies in the funk department. It was RAD. They played the funky worm, rollercoaster, heaven, ... so many awesome tunes. It was incredible. I sat next to Terry, this forty something year old black dude who kept saying 'How yall know this ****?!?!?!" and I kept responding "cuz its funky and the ohio players yall!"
Then we talked our way outta the park with a free pass back in claiming I need to use my inhaler, and got back in after a few more shots to see Kenny Wayne Shepard, who was entirely too loud. He rocked it out hardcore at the end, playing voodoo child. It was great. But not as funkadelic as the ohio players. We showed a lot of people that white people can get down.
