It's too bad the picture of the angels on TV weren't clearer. They'd probably make more money from the auction if you could see the image of them on the TV. They need to use a tripod next time ]/SARCASM]

it's an image of a guy, wearing a tie and suit. Look closely

Yes, what we are seeing here is the image on the tv repeated over and over. The way this is done is to set the camera for a multi-second exposure time in a dark room with the tv being the only source of light. Then the flash is used to expose the room making everything but the tv image sharp. then the camera is moved around while the shutter is open to produce the streaking effect seen here. I've done many shots of that type.. but none them intented to defraud people out of money... such as is being done here..

REALLY?!?! It's not a picture of an angel on TV that's out of focus because of the lack of use of a tripod?
