anyone interested in joining a fantasy league?

And any predictions for the season?

Or am I the only one interested?

Hey von Wrangell,

iirc, you're a Liverpool fan too right?

I'm looking forward to this season and I must say that of all the new signings Rafa has made, Sissoko looks awesome. He had a great game in the friendly against Leverkusen. I've got big hopes for this lad. Strength, pace, power, fearlessness. What more can you ask for in a Liverpool player.

All in all, I'm looking forward to this coming season with relish. Viva la Rafalution!

I haven't been able to watch any of the games this pre-season but tonight I'll be glued to the TV. Nr. 19 and Nr. 6 here we come!

Have you noticed how silent the ManUSA crowd has been lately

Anyway, I set up a league.

Go to fantasy.premierleague.com and register a team guys.

Then go to join league and enter this number: 34745-8091

When does the season start? I'm going to be in Europe for a few weeks at the end of September and would love to go to a game.

Wow... Viera to Juventus. I guess the Gunner's midfield will now be really young with Flamini and Fabregas.

i'd be up for some fantasy league action here. chelsea fan, 8 years, so no bandwagon jibes thanks

i think we've got it in the bag again this year, arsenal losing their skipper is going to be more significant than i think alot of people are saying, man utd have too many kids and their experienced players are getting a bit too experienced and the scousers, well they've hardly demolished TNS have they?

Got my team in for the Premierleague.com fantasy league, spent most of my money on attackers and tried to get cheap bench warmers as defenders:

----------Cudicini---------

Cooper-Terry-Thorne-Ramage

lampard----Gerrard----Riise

SWP----Henry----V.Nistelrooy

bargin of that comp is SWP, only cost 5.5! lets hope he gets a decent run at super chelsea

speaking of fantasy football, I'm taking Crystal Palace to the cup in FIFA 2005. Perhaps I should take it off "easy"...

Career Mode is awesome.

I may do it. I prefer the true fantasy football but I'm game.

I may have to join in, but only so that no-one else will come last.

Come next year though, when argyle and man u are battling it out for my affections in the championship/premiership (either might happen) I will be unbeatable!

i think the true fantasy football is sitting in a pub screaming at the big screen once you've downed enough wife beaters to floor an elephant and proceeding to tell everyone in the pub who'd you pick if you was manager.

Big game right now. Man United up 1-0 on Chelsea.
Hopefully they'll keep the lead and turn their season around.

I wouldn't call that a big game. It's the Russian Mafia against ManUSA. I'd settle for a draw in this game. I really dislike both teams although the "hatred" for ManUSA will always be more than my dislike for the Russian Mafia.

CL glory? No chance. Liverpool is going to win it for the 6th time this year.

You've also lost Garcia which will hurt ya

But we have wonder-kid Messi ! Really, this guy is a new Maradona -hopefully he will be playing against England on Saturday, you should really check him out if you get the chance.

Oh and there's Ronnie and E'to....should be enough but there is a bit of cause for concern with all the off-field problems at the Nou Camp.....

True

Attacking wise Barca is simply the best team around today. But the defence. It's simply non-existant. Which is why Barca will probably not win the CL.
