This is horrible... you cannot even get good food in prison these days. Why was he in prison by the way?

I’m a 5’8” , 27-year-old Mexican-American who practices walking and sitting Zen meditation. I’ve been incarcerated nearly seven years – 5 1/2 of them in Pelican Bay’s SHU - and will hopefully be let out sometime next year. Though I’m 27, I feel like I’m just beginning to live – even from in here – the place that has been my greatest teacher. After a while it becomes easy for family and friends not to write – and I have no expectations either. However, I realize that being dead and buried alive is not healthy! I have so very much to learn and also to offer. That’s the beauty of living: to help others know themselves. I’m a bit nervous about reaching out but also looking forward to sharing my life. Continue to live in wisdom and peace.

He's been in prison for 7 years? One more to go MAYBE? He's worried about a tip of a finger in his food because he's a vegetarian? I think he's a lot more than that...

According to his personal ad, he buried someone alive. He has so much to learn from anyone who would open his heart to him, and let him practice a vivisection on them. Hopefully he will use anesthesia (sp) in his quest for the beauty of life.
