Hi all,
It seems that one of my web sites is on a shared server which, a month before I started the site, had another site on it sending spam. Road Runner uses an IP blacklist to filter spam to its customers. The problem is that my IP address from that same shared server is on the blacklist and now I can't send email from that domain to roadrunner (rr.com) users, and they're giving me the runaround on fixing the problem. Anyone ever deal with this issue before?
