Looks pretty damn cool. I think the director watched the original Exorcist. Some of the camera effects are nearly identical. The Exorcist is my all-time, absolute favorite horror film.

it does look like it could be good. and while my *mind* agrees with you that "the exorcist" should be my favorite horror film i cannot escape the perverted carnal appeal of "hellraiser" (and to some degree the sequels - with the exception of the one in outerspace).

I think that the director not only watched the original Exorcist, I think he felt sorry that he didn't get to make the original Exorcist and wanted to rectify that.

Hellraiser's my second favorite, followed closely by Hellbound. But I didn't like the 3rd one. I actually kinda enjoyed Bloodline cuz it tells the background story.

Hellseeker was OK, but it's a spin from the original. Different people, but nice to see what other peoples' hells look like.

Deadder was... intersting. But not really horror. Like Hellseeker, it's just a thriller and not horror anymore. Disappointing if you're looking for the Hellraiser and Helllbound type of "puke your guts out" gore.

I've yet to find a video star that has Hellworld.
