This is so lame, but my wifes birtday present needs t be ordered and I can't wait for a funds transfer to take 3 days. I just need to borrow $3.00 to bring my paypal balance up to a certain ammount, and then I can refund you as soon as I order. I am using paypal so my wife doesnt see what I am ordering...
Please help... this is not a scam, I need one good hearted person to help me out.

I took care of it with some military intelligence... I send her money every month for her student loan, well I sent her the money and the refunded a few dollars back to me to bring me to the level I needed.
As far as the gift she has wanted...she has wanted a Mitchell and Ness jersey from her favourtite team, the Reds. So I have been saving money in my paypal account for ages, and I miscalculated on the last deposit and it left me short a few dollars.
But thanks for the offer.
Joe

See, I trusted you because of the military reference, could still be a scam though, how would I know you're really a sergeant

that doesn't make sense to me. if i buy something with paypal and there isn't enough money in my paypal account, paypal lets me charge the remainder to a debit or credit card and the payment goes through straight away. you don't need to transfer the money into your paypal account first and wait for it to clear.
[at least that's the way it works in the UK]

Paypal was acting odd this morning... it wouldn't cover the charge with an auto transfer like they normally do. It wouldn't recognise any of mbank info or credit cards. I had to do a huge shuffle to pay for that blooming gift.

Watch out that your supervisor doesn't catch you using a government computer for personal stuff and start some crap! I have worked with and for a variety of lower life forms in the USAF whose sole entertainment was messing with people just before they PCSd. Tread lightly until you've signed out!
Where in England are you going?

Paypal is messed up, but I use them because it's the least odious option.
