Nippon just got it. Do you know any head of state that sincerely wishes to provide its citizens with access to this amazing online legal music download shop?

China. Maybe it will start to curb the massive ammount of piracy that goes on there (ya right!).

Chucj, you are in South Korea? Just sign up with a US account and download from there. I always download when on the road using my US bank account.

Nah, I was saying I want to download foreign music. Kind of the opposite. Thanks for the thought, though.

iTMS US doesn't have much in K-pop but its Chinese selections aren't bad. Better than many record stories in NA. Besides, if you have a US iTMS account, you can't purchase music from any of the other iTMSes to begin with.

iTMS does seem to have a decent Chinese selection. Unfortunately, I don't like very much Chinese music that I've heard. A little bit of Na Ying and Jolin Tsai maybe. Korea has several groups that I love, but you can't freaking find their music with XFactor (presumably because the names are usually written in Korean characters).

I thought you could buy from a foreign store if somebody with an account in that country buys you a gift certificate.

I could see Australia getting it... does anywhere in Africa have support? What about a Mexican one? Brazil? I Think really though Apple should just be looking to get everywhere where iPods are selling strongly.

Chinese people in general do not use online payment.
Credit cards are rare.

Even Amazon is COD (order the books and pay in cash at the door).

Maybe in 10 years.
