I need to send an 80Mb file to someone that so far we have not been able to do because of a size limit with our respective email providers. AIM files transfers have been capping off at about 5k/sec so that method is out of the question and she doesn't really understand FTP.

So I was wondering if there was a place (free I hope) I could host the file for a day or so and then remove it where only she would have access to it. If anyone has another recommendation on what else to try that would be great.

Thanks

Why not burn it to a cd and send it to her?

Are you on broadband? You could just turn on Apache on your own machine. The upload speed would probably be pretty slow, but it would do.
