Have you ever had a day where you are just sick of everything?

Currently the way I feel is simple.

Im sick of the internet, there is just nothing of interest on the net for me any more.

Im sick of my Job, if I didn't need the money I would have walked off and never came back tonight.

Im sick of my Boyfriend who cant understand all I ask is to feel loved

Im sick of my mom

Im sick of my friends

Im sick of these bords

Im sick of life basically
Brian says (9:16 AM): I was looking at houses in Ottawa... I actually have a temptation in me to move
Jeff ******* says (9:19 AM): Eww, Ottawa is gross. It's infested with politicians, and presently, 1 Harper as well.

You should call a friend, or better yet, go see someone you can trust. I think this is the second thread of this sort from you in a short time, and perhaps you should start talking to someone about some of your issues.

Life goes on, things get better, worse, and then better again. Roll with the punches man.

Take a time-out, a vacation. Do it just for yourself. Do yourself some favors, just small ones. Go out to eat food you like. Just unplug and deal with things when you get back.

No drugs or drink for AT LEAST 24 hours. Get a pack of those convenience store vitamins (8 assorted vitamins in the cellophane pack for a dollar and a half or so.) and some fruit or V-8 vegetable juice.

Listen to some soothing music (even if you HATE soothing music) and count all the things you are GRATEFUL for.

Then do something (anything) to help someone else (anyone).

I GUARANTEE you will feel GREAT afterwards.

Remember this...in fact print it out and tape it on your mirror and your computer monitor and the refrigerator.

Here it is...

"THE PROBLEM IS NOT WHAT YOU AREN'T GETTING. THE PROBLEM COMES FROM WHAT YOU AREN'T GIVING."

Give petty people just a little bit of power and watch how they misuse it! You can't silence the self doubt, can you?

I think everyone gave you great advice so far. I'd avoid alcohol or dope as much as possible, as suggested already.

Also, Think about how much coffee you had in the last 12 hours; althought it is a stimulant, it acts as a depressor afterwards. What I found would help me in such circumstances, was to talk with a friend I had not spoken with for a very longtime, or go for a very long walk, or bicycle ride.

Sometimes, finding an isolated area and yell is good too...

Remember that these moments do not last long!

i agree with the suggestion to listen to some music, classical always works for me...maybe drink a nice glass of wine or two or three...realize that there are alot of other people in the world who have it ALOT worse then you.

I work for the government. I'm constantly bombarded with ********. And forced to pass it on. And support it. Yea, I'm sick.

I'm in the Army, btw. In March '06, I get to do something else! Unless I get forcibly extended or recalled into this all-volunteer organization.
