i have this huge freakin knot in my upper back by my shoulder blade, its pissing me off...any suggestions on how to get rid of it?

Uhhh... go to a doctor and see if it's caused by something? Or go get a massage.

Physical therapy.

Go to an Osteopathic doctor, not a chiropractor!

have someone push on it for a while. plenty of pressure. it will probably hurt, though. It will eventually loosen up.

bring your knees to your chest, then wrap your arms around them. apply as much pressure as necessary.
